Dr. Frank Rosenberg
Since 1998, Dr. Frank Rosenberg has represented both large and small corporate clients in a variety of patent-related matters such as intellectual property strategy, patent preparation and worldwide prosecution, appeals and reexaminations.
Prior to establishing his own practice, Dr. Rosenberg was a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent Office and an associate at law firms in Washington D.C.
